Course Overview

Senior leaders face an unprecedented number of challenges in today's fast-changing world, from an evolving workforce to various forms of conflicts between colleagues and other complex strategic issues. It is pertinent to note that due to the wide range of differences among people, conflicts are bound to happen, but with a well-structured preparedness, leaders can limit the damage, take care of those involved and attempt to limit the impact.

Through this course, leaders will learn how to examine listening skills, strategic verbal and non-verbal communication skills, conflict management skills and how to assemble a conflict management plan likely to yield positive resolutions within teams.

Teaching Methodology

This course will be intensely interactive and will be delivered through lectures, seminar presentations, problem solving and simulation sessions, tutorials and field visits. Digital learning materials such as power point presentations will also be used for teaching.

Course Module

The course will be delivered on a modular basis and will comprise of ten (10) overarching modules.
