Programme Overview

The Abdulsalami Abubakar Institute for Peace and Sustainable Development Studies, in affiliation with the Federal University of Technology Minna, offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster & Humanitarian Emergency Management. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training for professionals in disaster and humanitarian crisis management, focusing on risk reduction, community resilience, and sustainable development.

Admission Requirements

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Five ‘O’ Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
• Minimum of Third-Class Bachelor’s Degree or Lower Credit HND with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Evidence of National Youth Service (NYSC) discharge certificate or exemption letter

Course Duration

The program spans 18-36 months with a blend of virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility and practical learning.
