Programme Overview

The Abdulsalami Abubakar Institute for Peace and Sustainable Development Studies, in affiliation with the Federal University of Technology Minna, offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation. This program is designed to provide professionals with an in-depth understanding of the relationship between disaster risk management and climate change adaptation.

Admission Requirements

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Five ‘O’ Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
• Third-Class Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant fields with at least 3 years of experience
• Evidence of National Youth Service (NYSC) discharge certificate or exemption letter

Course Duration

The program spans 18-36 months with a blend of virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility and practical learning.
