The Institute collaborates with government agencies, non-profit organizations and civil society to develop and implement evidence-based policies that promote peace and sustainable development.

The Institute aims to achieve this mandate by:

• Building partnerships with allied and relevant peace centres and policy making bodies.
• Organize policy dialogue series on issues of sustainable peace and development.
• Publication of policy briefs on strategic issues that will greatly impact regional and global stability and development.
